OUR BYPRODUCTS

In addition to our primary products, we also generate coconut fibre as a valuable byproduct of our operations. This secondary product not only reduces waste but also provides an opportunity for us to diversify our offerings and increase our revenue streams. By harnessing the potential of coconut fibre, we can create additional value for our business and expand our market presence. This strategic approach enables us to maximize the utility of our resources, promote sustainability, and drive growth.

CP1

We ship coconut fibre to various industries, including horticulture and landscaping companies, which use it as a natural and sustainable growing medium for plants, as well as textile manufacturers, which incorporate coconut fibre into their products, such as ropes, mats, and carpets. Additionally, animal bedding suppliers utilize coconut fibre as a dry and comfortable bedding material for livestock, while construction companies employ it as a reinforcement material in building products, such as blocks and panels.

CP2

We export coconut fibre to various industries outside of Indonesia, where it is further processed and transformed into a wide range of products according to their specific needs. Our coconut fibre shipments reach countries across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, supplying manufacturers in diverse sectors such as textiles, horticulture, construction, and animal care. Upon arrival, our coconut fibre is processed into customized products like ropes, mats, carpets, geotextiles, and animal bedding, among others.

One of our top-selling and in-demand products is coco peat, a highly sought-after material in the agriculture sector. Coco peat, also known as coconut coir pith, is a natural, organic substrate derived from coconut husks. Its unique properties make it an ideal growing medium for a wide range of crops, and it’s particularly favored among hydroponic farmers due to its neutral acidity, which allows for precise pH control.

Located in Gandul, Depok, our state-of-the-art coco peat processing facility proudly produces an average of 1 ton per month. We’re honored to supply our high-quality coco peat products to esteemed clients worldwide, including Singapore, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Moreover, we’re committed to supporting our local community by providing top-notch products to domestic farmers and hydroponic enthusiasts who have been loyal to us throughout the years.
